This is spacious two bedroom apartment in 2901 South Commons. It is 5 minutes walk to IIT Campus. The bust stop is at the backdoor gate .The bust No 4 Cottage Grove reaches down town approx in 5 -10 minutes. The living room is for sublet. The living room is spacious and it is private with screens to segregate it from the rest of the apartment. It is shared by one more girl. As of now it is only one person in there. There is a huge separate closet available for the person occupying the living room.
The apartment is for sublease till July 31 201, can extend if required. You will be responsible for only 235 dollar of the lease. The owner of the apartment is also an IIT student who has arranged the system that way. You will be in touch with a coordinator a female with whom you can consult for any issues regarding your stay, who will keep the landlord updated.
You will be given the set of keys access, apartment keys, and mail box keys.
